The Advertiser represents that he/she possesses the right to publish, and hereby grants to My Directory Publisher, LLC the irrevocable right and permission to reproduce all trademarks, trade names, copyrighted material and other images provided by the Advertiser to My Directory Publisher, LLC. The Advertiser assumes full responsibility that Advertiser’s advertisement, business operations, services, and products comply with all applicable laws. The Advertiser hereby releases and discharges My Directory Publisher, LLC from any and all claims and liability arising out of publication of the Advertiser’s advertisement and any material provided by Advertiser to My Directory Publisher,LLC.
The Advertiser agrees that My Directory Publisher, LLC liability to it’s advertiser shall not exceed that amount paid by said advertiser to My Directory Publisher, LLC under this agreement.
All checks for deposit or payment shall be made payable to My Directory Publisher, LLC. A $35.00 service charge is imposed for checks returned for any reason. My Directory Publisher, LLC reserves the right to cancel any advertiser and to make full refund of any monies paid by advertiser, less payments due on delivered publications and any cancellation charges, as determined by My Directory Publisher, LLC. Advertiser agrees to pay 1.5% interest per month until paid in full. In the event it becomes necessary for My Directory Publisher,LLC to place this agreement in the hands of an attorney or collection agency for the purposes of debt collection, the advertiser agrees to pay an additional sum equal to the cost of collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fee.
